Liverpool produced a ruthless display to hammer West Ham 5-1 and book their place in the semi-finals of the Carabao Cup. Jurgen Klopp's side were in devastating form as they tore the Hammers apart at Anfield. Mohamed Salah opened the scoring after just four minutes with a stunning strike from outside the box.
West Ham were level just eight minutes later when Gianluca Scamacca headed in from a corner, but Liverpool regained the lead through Darwin Nunez five minutes before the break.
The Reds took control of the game in the second half and added three more goals through Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Thiago Alcantara and Roberto Firmino. The victory means Liverpool are now unbeaten in their last 10 matches in all competitions and will head into the semi-finals full of confidence.
