Live results and maps by county and district

Mike Braun has won the Republican primary for governor of Indiana, according to a race call by The Associated Press. Braun, a U.S. senator, defeated four other candidates in the primary, including Lt. Gov. Suzanne Crouch and former House Speaker Todd Huston. He will face Democrat Tom McDermott in the general election in November.

Braun's victory is a major upset, as he was not considered the frontrunner in the race. He ran a populist campaign that focused on tax cuts, deregulation, and a strong military. He also benefited from the endorsement of former President Donald Trump.

In the Democratic primary, Tom McDermott won unopposed. McDermott is a former mayor of Hammond, Indiana, and a former state representative. He is considered a moderate Democrat.
